About Nakuru

Sitting smack in the middle of the Rift Valley in Kenya, Nakuru has rebounded into one of the most dynamic urban projects in East Africa, hatching out of a farming settlement that the colonialists initially put up. The town's name is inspired by the Maasai word "Nakuro", which means dusty place, concerning the semi-arid land. However, in 2021, Nakuru was officially given city status, becoming Kenya's 4th city because of its economic growth, population explosion, and urbanization. This new classification has raised the real estate demand, making Nakuru a hot spot for residential or business investment.
